GUIDE, China - Nils Sinschek of the Netherlands' ABLOC CT emerged as the victor of the 2023 Tour of Qinghai Lake's second stage on Monday in northwestern China's Qinghai province.
The second stage, stretching from Duoba to Guide, covered a total distance of 132 kilometers. It featured two intermediate sprints and one H-category climb, reaching a peak altitude of 3,768 meters.
Sinschek crossed the finish line in a time of 3 hours, 8 minutes, and 24 seconds. He was awarded both the yellow and green jerseys, symbolizing the overall leader and the best sprinter, respectively.

Finishing second and third in the stage were Anton Stensby of Norway's Team Coop-Repsol and Wilmar Andres Paredes Zapata from Colombia's Medellin, respectively.
The Best Asian Rider blue jersey was won by Lyu Xianjing of the China Glory Continental Cycling Team. The polka dot jersey, which represents the Best Climber, was claimed by Wilmar Andres Paredes Zapata.

The third stage, set for Tuesday, will commence in Guide and conclude in Huzhu, spanning a distance of 201 kilometers.
