Tan's brace powers Changchun past Cangzhou in CSL

BEIJING - Tan Long scored two goals in three minutes as Changchun Yatai beat Cangzhou Mighty Lions 3-1 in the 2023 Chinese Super League (CSL) on Sunday.

Changchun led 1-0 in the first half through Brazilian striker Serginho's 20th-minute goal.

Brazilian forward Oscar broke through the siege to find the equalizer for Cangzhou in the 57th minute. Then Tan took center stage, scoring in the 60th and 62nd minutes to see Changchun to victory.

With the win, Changchun move to eighth in the CSL table, while Cangzhou sit two places further back.
