BEIJING - The Liaoning Flying Leopards held off the Beijing Royal Fighters 113-89 to remain atop the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) League, while the Jilin Northeast Tigers beat the Ningbo Rockets 116-100 to snap a 10-game losing skid.
Beijing started well with Li Weihao and Zou Yuchen pulling off slam dunks, before Liaoning established a 27-22 lead into the second quarter.
The Flying Leopards continued to dominate after halftime and pulled away thanks to their superiority in the paint.

Zhao Jiwei led Liaoning with a game-high 24 points and 12 assists. Han Dejun added 17 points and 9 rebounds. On the Beijing side, five players scored in double-digits and Kay Felder had a team-high 18 points and 7 assists.
In a clash between two of the league's weakest teams, Jilin prevailed against Ningbo to clinch its first victory in 11 games.
With six players scoring in double-digits, Shanghai defeated Sichuan 119-110.
