BEIJING - China's non-financial outbound direct investment (ODI) dropped 7.7 percent year on year in the first month of the year, official data showed Monday.

Non-financial ODI in 137 countries and regions amounted to 57.57 billion yuan (US$8.32 billion) during the period, according to the Ministry of Commerce.
