Travelers from Hong Kong will have their quarantine requirement reduced from 14 days to a seven day stay-home notice, as Singapore adds Hong Kong to the list of places where the virus is deemed to be "well under control and the risk of importation is low.”

Singapore, in a statement late Monday, also tightened entry restrictions on several places, reflecting recent rises in cases.
Those with a recent travel history to Sabah in Malaysia will now be required to serve a 14-day quarantine at dedicated facilities, reflecting a recent rise in cases there.
While the rest of Malaysia requirements remained unchanged, Singapore said it is monitoring the situation in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Selangor.

Travelers who've been to Indonesia or the Philippines within 14 days before entry, and aren't Singapore citizens or permanent residents, will have to take a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of departure, the government said.

Those transiting through Singapore who've traveled to India in the last 14 days will also need to have valid negative COVID-19 test.

The city-state also planned to resume issuing new visas and increase the number of testing sites available to travelers. Currently, there are more than 150 clinics that give pre-departure tests.
