Zhu Fenglian, a spokesperson for the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, made the remarks in response to a media inquiry regarding Taiwan media reports that the head of Taiwan People's Communist Party and others have been indicted by prosecutors in Taipei citing the so-called anti-infiltration act.
