BEIJING — Chinese Premier Li Qiang presided over a State Council executive meeting on Monday.

The meeting heard a report on work concerning expediting the building of a national unified market, studied and made arrangement for work on facilitating the high-quality development of disease prevention and control, and reviewed and adopted several regulations including the draft regulations on production safety of coal mines.
