Flower markets in bloom

HONG KONG - As Hong Kong embraces the Spring Festival, 15 flower markets opened across the city on Thursday, offering everything from fresh flowers and food to Chinese New Year decorations and family-friendly games through Jan 29, creating festive destinations for the public to enjoy.
