Hong Kong has launched a new round of activities to welcome the much-anticipated public debut of the first-ever giant panda twins on Sunday, such as 3D panda mailboxes, sculpture exhibition and special edition Octopus.

The twins, nicknamed Elder Sister and Little Brother, will turn 6-months-old on Saturday, and their home, Ocean Park, has made special arrangements for their debut the following day.

Hongkong Post, in collaboration with the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau and the Hong Kong Tourism Board, is set to give 49 mailboxes in the city a giant panda-themed 3D makeover. The mailboxes will be crowned by 3D-printed panda twins to greet residents and tourists.
