NEW DELHI - The new government of India's Delhi state, which assumed office last week, announced on Saturday that vehicles over 15 years old will not be given fuel effective from April 1.

Delhi's Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa announced that a team of officials would be set up soon to identify such vehicles and bar their entry into Delhi.
