2025 Two Sessions | Gordon Lam Chi-wing, a deputy to the National People’s Congress and the chief supply chain officer of SINOPEC Hong Kong Ltd, said that as more mainland technology companies explore overseas opportunities, Hong Kong will play a crucial role in patent applications and legal support, enabling these enterprises to better participate in global competition.
