PHNOM PENH – Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Sun Chanthol highlighted Cambodia’s political stability, balanced macroeconomic situation, and young and dynamic workforce to Chinese investors during a conference in Central China’s Henan province on Monday.

Chanthol expressed strong optimism that Chinese investors and businessmen attending the conference would come to Cambodia to gain a deeper understanding of the country’s investment environment and explore the latest opportunities.
In the first two months of 2025, Cambodia secured 112 investment projects worth approximately US$1 billion, creating more than 70,000 jobs.

Chanthol is leading a CDC delegation, along with representatives from the Tourism Marketing and Promotion Board, and the Cambodian Oknha Association, on a visit to China to promote investment opportunities in the kingdom.
