BEIJING - China's Ministry of Commerce on Saturday issued a regulation on the unreliable entities list, which takes immediate effect upon release.
A spokesperson for the ministry has said that the list applies to entities that do not comply with market rules, violate contracts, block or cut supplies to Chinese firms with non-commercial purposes.

The ministry has made it clear that for companies that abide by Chinese laws and regulations, market rules and the spirit of contract, there is no need to worry.
