TEHRAN - Normalization of ties between Israel and regional countries will add to further regional "insecurity," the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani said on Sunday, Press TV reported.
"Not only does normalization amount to profound betrayal of the rights of Palestinians, but also it deepens the divide among the regional countries," Shamkhani said in a Sunday meeting with the visiting Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein.
Iran has vehemently condemned the announced establishment of diplomatic relations of the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain with Israel.
