BEIJING – The 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the 20th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) were elected at the closing session of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in the Chinese capital on Saturday.
The 20th CPC National Congress started its closing session at the Great Hall of the People in the morning.
Xi Jinping presided over the closing session.

During the session, the 20th CPC National Congress passed a resolution on an amendment to the CPC Constitution.
It also passed a resolution endorsing the report of the 19th CPC Central Committee and another one on the work report of the 19th CPC CCDI.
