TOKYO - China's shuttlers progressed to the women's singles and doubles finals at the Japan Open on Saturday.
In the women's singles, He Bingjiao displayed exceptional resilience as she overcame Gregoria Mariska Tunjung of Indonesia 13-21, 21-19, 21-9.
In the mixed doubles, Zheng Siwei/Huang Yaqiong and Feng Yanzhe/Huang Dongping were eliminated by Thai duo Dechapol Puavaranukroh/Sapsiree Taerattanachai and Japan's Yuta Watanabe/Arisa Higashino, respectively
She will contend for the championship on Sunday against South Korea's ace An Se-young, who swept Tai Tzu Ying of Chinese Taipei in straight sets.

In the women's doubles, Chen Qingchen/Jia Yifan beat Japan's Fukushima Yuki/Hirota Sayaka 21-19, 21-18, and will face South Korea's Kim So-yeong/Kong Hee-yong in the final.
In the men's doubles, Liu Yuchen and Ou Xuanyi lost 21-10, 21-15 to Japan's Takuro Hoki and Yugo Kobayashi.

In the mixed doubles, Zheng Siwei/Huang Yaqiong and Feng Yanzhe/Huang Dongping were eliminated by Thai duo Dechapol Puavaranukroh/Sapsiree Taerattanachai and Japan's Yuta Watanabe/Arisa Higashino, respectively.
The men's singles final will see Denmark's Anders Antonsen against Indonesia's Jonathan Christie.
The Japan Open, which kicked off on Tuesday, will conclude on Sunday at Tokyo's Yoyogi National Stadium.
