China and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) held their eighth security policy dialogue in Beijing on Wednesday, according to a statement released by China's Defense Ministry.
The Ministry provided limited details, stating that leaders from China's Central Military Commission's Office for International Military Cooperation and NATO's International Military Staff's Cooperative Security Division co-chaired the discussions.

The dialogue focused on areas of mutual interest, including defense exchanges between the two entities and the current international and regional security landscape.
