ABU DHABI - Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, vice-president, deputy prime minister, and chairman of the Presidential Court, the 20th Liwa Date Festival will take place in Liwa City, Al Dhafra region on July 15-28.

Organized by Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, the event aims to showcase the date farming sector and support farmers in the Al Dhafra region.

The event will feature date and fruit mazayna and model farm competitions, handcrafts, a children’s village, and more.
