China defeats Bulgaria in Women's Volleyball Nations League

Hong Kong – The Chinese women's volleyball team competed against Bulgaria during the 2024 FIVB Women’s Volleyball Nations League (VNL) at the Hong Kong Coliseum on Tuesday. This match was part of the Hong Kong leg of the VNL, a major international competition that features 16 matches and showcases eight elite national teams.

The FIVB Women’s Volleyball Nations League, established by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB), is an annual international women's volleyball competition. This year’s league involves 16 national teams competing across six stages, with each stage held in a different country, bringing the sport to a diverse global audience. The Hong Kong leg is the fifth stage in a series of six, following tournaments in Turkey, Brazil, Macau, and the United States. The series will conclude in Japan before the finals in Thailand from June 20 to 23.
