Behram scores winner as Shenzhen stage comeback against Zhejiang

BEIJING - Shenzhen Peng City recovered from a two-goal deficit to secure a thrilling 3-2 home victory over Zhejiang FC in the 16th round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) on Tuesday.

Behram Abduweli scored the winning goal in the 97th minute, marking the 21-year-old Chinese international's first goal of the season.

Jean Evrard Kouassi opened the scoring for the visiting team in the 44th minute, before Franko Andrijasevic doubled the lead in the 66th minute.

Shanghai Port claimed a 2-0 victory over Wuhan Three Towns, maintaining their position at the top of the standings

Shenzhen midfielder Edu Garcia responded with a one-on-one goal in the 69th minute, and Brazilian forward Thiago Andrade equalized the match in the 83rd minute with a long shot.

In stoppage time, Abduweli made a stunning run through the opponent's defense to net the decisive goal.

It has been a dream month for the young forward, who made his national team debut and scored a goal in the World Cup qualifier against Thailand on June 6.

Elsewhere, Shanghai Port claimed a 2-0 victory over Wuhan Three Towns, maintaining their position at the top of the standings.

Also on Tuesday, Henan FC defeated Qingdao West Coast 1-0, and Nantong Zhiyun drew 1-1 with Tianjin Jinmen Tiger.
