Luong Cuong elected as Vietnam's president

HANOI - Luong Cuong, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and permanent member of the CPV Central Committee Secretariat, was elected as Vietnam's president on Monday, local media reported.
