Romanian ruling Social Democrats withdraw from govt coalition talks

BUCHAREST - Romania's ruling leftist Social Democrat Party (PSD) has withdrawn from government coalition talks but will endorse a center-right minority government in parliament, Prime Minister and PSD leader Marcel Ciolacu said on Thursday.
