Franz Harary, known for his grand-scale magic works in the world of illusion, is scheduled to perform at the Wan Chai Harbourfront Event Space from Dec 28 to Feb 4 next year.

The production, titled IMAGINE NATION, represents the pinnacle of Harary's work, assembling his most celebrated illusions from a thirty-year career. Renowned for integrating magic with technology, Harary devises innovative methods, often featuring the disappearance of significant objects and structures, according to a press release.

"In our show, audiences will watch as we navigate complex challenges and deliver a performance beyond anything they can imagine. In this way, we hope to inspire everyone to bravely face any challenges that they may encounter in their own lives. Again, as the Chinese say, there lies opportunity in crisis. IMAGINE NATION embodies the spirit and wisdom of confronting challenges with positivity," Harary said.

The upcoming show in Hong Kong features a collaboration of over 70 international artists, blending grand magic, visual effects, music, dance, and interactive comedy. It combines styles from Las Vegas and Broadway and incorporates many local Hong Kong musical and visual elements, showcasing a fusion of Eastern and Western cultures.

Now, our Hong Kong audiences no longer have to travel halfway around the world to watch – here at the Wan Chai Harbourfront Event Space, they can witness all of my favorite, largest, and most successful magical illusions! I’m proud to be able to share this with the people of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area,” he added.
