Hong Kong's Kai Tak Sports Park will host a rugby test event at its main stadium on Sunday to assess its readiness and capability for hosting large-scale events and coping with possible emergencies.

The USFHK Rugby Sevens Competition will be staged at the stadium with 17 matches, involving more than 10,000 audiences.

The sports park, which is set to launch in the first season of 2025, has completed multiple test events and stress tests so far.
