UN: US to withdraw from climate deal on Jan 27, 2026

UNITED NATIONS - The United States will withdraw from the Paris climate agreement on Jan 27, 2026, the United Nations (UN) said on Tuesday after Washington formally notified Secretary-General Antonio Guterres of President Donald Trump's decision to quit.
