KABUL - At least five people were killed and seven others injured as a suicide bomber blew himself up in northern Afghanistan's Kunduz province on Tuesday morning, provincial police spokesman Jumadin Khaksar said.
"A suicide bomber blew himself up in front of the Kabul Bank in Kunduz city, the provincial capital, leading to the deaths of five individuals, including bank guards and civilians, while seven others sustained injuries," Khaksar said.

Without disclosing further details, the official added that an investigation had commenced regarding the incident.
No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
