HAIKOU - Guangzhou City's losing streak stretched to six games after a 3-1 loss to Changchun Yatai, while Henan Songshan Longmen beat Dalian Pro 2-0 in the sixth round of the 2022 Chinese Super League on Friday.
Changchun took the lead at the very start of the game, after Guangzhou goalkeeper Han Jiaqi failed to keep out a Changchun freekick.
Changchun scored again in the 20th minute when Erik scored from Zhang Yufeng's assist. Guangzhou pulled one back in the 38th minute with Chen Zhizhao narrowing the gap to 2-1 before the end of the first half

Changchun's third goal came in the 56th minute thanks to Erik after a counterattack. The result means that Guangzhou have failed to get even one point so far this season.
Elsewhere, the red card streak from this season's first six rounds continued. A foul by Henan's Ma Xingyu earned him a red card in the 23rd minute. However, the numerical advantage did not help Dalian Pro get a win.

In the 40th minute, after a freekick from Wang Shangyuan, Fernando Karanga's header broke the deadlock. In the second half, Henrique Dourado's penalty made the score 2-0, helping his team move into the lead in this season's CSL.
