Hong Kong Hang Seng Index soars over 2% in morning trading

HONG KONG - Hong Kong Hang Seng Index gained over 2 percent during Monday's morning trading.
ALSO READ: Hong Kong Hang Seng Index opens 0.84% higher
Hong Kong Hang Seng Tech Index, which represents the 30 largest technology companies listed in Hong Kong, also rallied over 2 percent.
