HONG KONG - From his skilful use of nunchaku, through his memorable movie taglines and epic yelling, to his iconic yellow jumpsuit, people from all walks of life will never forget all these symbols of legendary martial artist Bruce Lee.

In celebration of 50 years of the kung fu star’s legacy, the Hong Kong Heritage Museum is proud to jointly highlight some of his finest moments in popular culture with the Bruce Lee Foundation.

Running from July 12, 2023 to Jan 1, 2024, the exhibition Bruce Lee: a Timeless Classic features posters, models, commemorative stamps, classic film screenings, workshops and also a pop-up display, providing visitors an opportunity to share a moment with and pay tribute to the marital arts icon.

Born in 1940 in the United States, Lee was internationally renowned for bringing kung fu to the world through film and television. After returning to Hong Kong in 1971, he played several main roles in five martial arts movies, which set him to become a global icon in the world of cinema and martial arts.
