Hang Seng Tech Index rises over 3%

HONG KONG - Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index rose 258.65 points, or 1.13 percent, to open at 23,200.42 points on Wednesday.
The Hang Seng Tech Index, which represents 30 largest technology companies listed in Hong Kong, rose 3.04 percent in the morning session.
