XI'AN - Kyle Fogg scored 34 points and the Liaoning Flying Leopards saw off the Jiangsu Dragons 108-89 on Saturday night for their seventh straight win in the Chinese Basketball Association League (CBA) regular season.

Liaoning had a 12-0 run at the beginning of the game, taking a 25-17 lead after the first quarter.

Jiangsu cut the deficit to five points midway through the second quarter, but Fogg and Yan Shouqi helped the defending champions establish a double-digit advantage. Liaoning finished the first half with a 55-43 lead.

At one point, Liaoning led by 21 in the third quarter, before Jiangsu cut the deficit to 78-67 before the final quarter.

Elsewhere, the Xinjiang Flying Tigers edged the Shandong Heroes 102-98, the Qingdao Eagles beat the Fujian Sturgeons 109-93, and the Shanghai Sharks defeated the Shanxi Loongs 123-114

In the fourth quarter, Cui Xiaolong's jumper saw his team trail by nine, but Fogg and Zhao Jiwei hit two three-pointers consecutively and gave the home team an 88-75 lead. Liaoning then had a 9-3 pointing dash, putting the game beyond their rivals' reach.

"Even though we won the game today, I'm not very happy with the performance. Too many up and downs," said Liaoning head coach Hugo Lopez.

Elsewhere Marcus Keene hit a buzzer-beater three-pointer, to see the Beijing Ducks edge the Guangzhou Loong Lions 99-98 in overtime.

Fan Ziming finished a double-double with 18 points and 13 rebounds, while Chen Yingchun bagged 26 points for Guangzhou.
