Chinese shuttlers win four titles at 2024 Indonesia Open

JAKARTA - Chinese shuttlers collected four gold medals here on Sunday at the 2024 Indonesia Open.
Mixed doubles pair Jiang Zhenbang and Wei Yaxin beat fellow Chinese pair Zheng Siwei and Huang Yaqiong 21-11, 21-14 in around 30 minutes.

In the men's doubles, Liang Weikeng and Wang Chang emerged victorious against Malaysia's Man Wei Chong and Kai Wun Tee in a three-set thriller 19-21, 21-16, 21-12.
Meanwhile, Chen Yufei bested South Korea's An Se-young 21-14, 14-21, 21-18 in the women's singles final full of long rallies, which tested the nerves and stamina of both players.

In the men's singles, Shi Yuqi defeated Denmark's Anders Antonsen in the final 21-9, 12-21, 21-14.
The 2024 Indonesia Open was held at the Istora Senayan stadium in Jakarta, with total prize money for the event amounting to $1.3 million.
