HANGZHOU, China - Zhang Zhizhen defeated Bu Yunchaokete 7-6(3), 6-4 in a Chinese derby at the ATP 250 Hangzhou Tennis Open semifinals on Monday, advancing to his first ATP Tour final in career.

Both players held their serves throughout the first set, leading to a tiebreaker. Bu Yunchaokete's double fault during the tiebreaker gave Zhang an opportunity, which he capitalized on to win the first set.

In the second set, Zhang broke Bu Yunchaokete's serve in the seventh game and saved a break point in the eighth game to held serve, ultimately winning the second set 6-4 before securing the victory.
