PHNOM PENH - Hosts Cambodia drew Hong Kong, China 1-1 in an international football friendly here on Thursday.
Hong Kong, China took the lead through striker Everton Camargo's free-kick in the 21st minute. In the second half, Cambodia managed to equalize in the 90th minute through defender Sin Sophanat.
Played at the capital's Olympic Stadium, the game attracted approximately 35,000 fans.
Cambodia has never beaten Hong Kong, China across nine matches since 1957, with a record of seven losses and two draws.

The match served as a warmup as Cambodia faces Pakistan in the 2026 FIFA World Cup Asian qualifiers first round in October.
Cambodia is also scheduled to take on Macao, China in a friendly on Sept. 11 at the Olympic Stadium.
