Starting from Friday, Hong Kong residents can book appointments for any of the general out-patient clinics through the "Book GOPC" function in the mobile application “HA Go” developed by the Hospital Authority.
“The public can manage their appointments conveniently with 'Book GOPC' while browsing the clinic quota status, booking appointments for themselves and others, and making inquiries and cancellations," a spokesman for the authority said in a press release.
The elderly appointment quota is also assigned with consideration of the service needs of the elderly, said the spokesman.
