BEIJING - Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang will address a high-level segment of the 52nd session of the UN Human Rights Council via video link on Feb 27, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning said on Monday.

According to Mao, the 52nd session of the UN Human Rights Council will be held in Geneva from Feb 27 to April 4, and the high-level segment will be held from Feb 27 to March 2.
