A gala to remember

HONG KONG — Athletes from the 2024 Paris Olympic Games mainland Olympians delegation on Friday attended a gala show in Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the HKSAR Zheng Yanxiong and Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu also attended the show.
The delegation arrived in Hong Kong on Thursday for a three-day visit to participate in public events, including sports demonstrations in badminton, gymnastics, table tennis, diving and swimming at the stadium and at Victoria Park Swimming Pool.
