HKSAR’s NPC deputy: strengthen cooperation with the mainland on HK digital education

2025 Two Sessions | Ken Wong Kam-leung, a National People’s Congress deputy and chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers, recently told China Daily that digital education in Hong Kong’s primary and secondary schools is lagging, while the Chinese mainland has effectively integrated AI-assisted teaching. He emphasized the need for Hong Kong to accelerate its digital education efforts by learning from the mainland, enhancing resource cooperation, and improving training to elevate teaching quality and develop technological talent for the nation.
