BEIJING - The second session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) held its second plenary meeting on Friday.

Xi Jinping and other Chinese leaders attended the meeting. 

China's national lawmakers on Friday started deliberating a work report of the NPC Standing Committee.

Zhao Leji, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, delivered the report at the meeting.
