HONG KONG - Representatives of Premier League powerhouse Manchester United and the Hong Kong, China football team on Wednesday announced details of a long-anticipated friendly next month.
Set for at 8 pm on May 30, the match will be held at the Hong Kong Stadium, marking Manchester United’s return to the city since their last appearance in 2013.
Tickets for the match will go on sale on the Cityline website from 12 noon on Friday, with prices ranging from HK$390 ($50.3) to HK$2,990.
Manchester United will be the fourth Premier League team to visit Hong Kong this summer, following Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur, who recently announced their pre-season plans to come in July.
