HONG KONG - The imperial family's lifestyle in the Yuanming Yuan, also known as the Garden of Perfect Brightness, is now on display at the Hong Kong Palace Museum.

Titled Yuan Ming Yuan — Art and Culture of an Imperial Garden-Palace, the exhibition showcases more than 190 historical treasures, including paintings, architectural models, and other works about this once-magnificent Qing dynasty imperial garden palace, which served as the principal residence of five emperors.

Running from March 20 to Aug 12, the exhibition is jointly organized by the Hong Kong Palace Museum, the Palace Museum, and the Yuanmingyuan Administration Office of Haidian District of Beijing.
