Exclusive: Kyrgyzstan plans to issue a bond worth $1.7 billion in Hong Kong

Kyrgyzstan is seeking to issue a tentative sovereign bond worth $1.7 billion in Hong Kong for the first time, said Bakyt Sydykov, Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, in an exclusive interview with China Daily on Jan 13, following his participation in the Asian Financial Forum.
